Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve faults and manage IT service delivery by recording incidents, service requests, and resolutions for guests and team members.
  • •Monitor systems and deliver trend analysis reporting to address recurring issues and ensure uninterrupted service.
  • •Optimize applications with business users, enhance usage, and develop automated business processes to elevate service offerings.
  • •Manage team scheduling, oversee support coverage, and assist in recruiting and onboarding IT support specialists.
  • •Lead IT governance and change management, maintain inventory and documentation, manage vendors within budget and time, and ensure IT security best practices through awareness sessions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 10,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •4-5 years in a Senior Management Information Technology role within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, telecommunications, security systems, and peripheral devices.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests, team members, and stakeholders effectively.
  • •Proven capability in improving customer satisfaction and driving profitability through business acumen and analytics.
