Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Power, ME, SI, and Layout teams to deliver high-quality design or proposal for AMD AI server products.
  • •Perform design reviews with recommendations across hardware block-level, circuit, and layout.
  • •Debug issues found during process stages including bring-up, validation, and production.
  • •Use Cadence Concept and Allegro for board design activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 962,290 - 1,374,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of industry experience in x86 hardware and product development, with board/motherboard (MB) design experience.
  • •Experience working with a cross-functional design team.
  • •Strong design/debug experience using Concept and Allegro (Cadence).
  • •Experience with board/platform-level debugging, including delivery, sequencing, and analysis.
  • •Familiarity with server debug processes.
