Parts Line Lead

Supervise a team of hourly associates in a vehicle Inspection Center to safely manage the flow of cars in and out for repairs. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly inventory production and quality targets, coach and develop team members, and ensure adherence to reconditioning systems, policies, and performance standards. Review incoming inventory defects, approve repair/reject decisions with the General Manager, and train associates using Quality Control standards to reduce re-checks and rework.
