Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate store operations across Asia, including stock management, inventory counts, reporting, and procurement.
  • •Communicate weekly business updates and respond to queries from customers and stores via email/support office/contact centre and other platforms.
  • •Manage cost and operations planning, including promotional analysis, KPI tracking, budget monitoring, shrinkage action plans, and store consumables/maintenance controls.
  • •Handle ERP/SAP transactions and Ariba portal requests; ensure retail system record accuracy and enforce stock and system procedures to protect profit.
  • •Support business growth by enabling IT integrations for new store projects, working on initiatives to improve efficiency, and training store teams on new implementations and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of retail experience in an operational or administrative executive role.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Proven track record in multi-site retail operations across multiple markets.
  • •Expertise in SAP ERP and POS systems, plus proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Ariba, and Tableau.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
