Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a UK events strategy aligned to Substack’s brand and business goals, and ideate events in key international territories with country leads.
  • •Lead end-to-end event execution in the UK, coordinating concept, promotion, and on-the-ground delivery while maintaining Substack brand quality.
  • •Enable partnerships by guiding Partnership Leads with market-specific event ideas and operational support for strong execution.
  • •Manage a UK events budget with measurement frameworks and ROI tracking, and build international processes to demonstrate impact.
  • •Recruit and lead freelancers and contractors to deliver results, and scale event formats across strategic territories without losing authenticity.
