Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary IT engineer for the LRC teams, learning their workflows and building a model to improve and scale their function.
  • •Build workflows and orchestrations that touch many systems and impact many teams; use low-code/no-code tools to automate processes.
  • •Leverage, design, and implement AI with a focus on the LRC function and its in-house legal context.
  • •Work with APIs across major vendors and integrate into our tech stack; manage and enhance AI portfolio (e.g., Harvey.ai).
  • •Own the full lifecycle of features and products in this space from concept to operations, including incident response and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • •Expert knowledge of identity standards, including SAML, OAuth, and SSO.
  • •Expert knowledge of workflows and orchestration tools (Workato, etc.).
  • •Experience with a programming language, such as Python, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
  • •Experience with APIs and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and SaaS-based systems; strong understanding of RBAC/ABAC/PBAC and MDM systems.
