Implement and test Mastercard products and services with financial institutions, ensuring accurate vetting of customer network interfaces for production electronic payments. Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects using the global project methodology, managing multiple parallel initiatives and autonomous customer escalations. Conduct in-depth testing of data elements and network configurations, support release code and system changes, and serve as an SME consultant and trainer to improve delivery quality and reliability.
