Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage key risk areas and corresponding stakeholders across safety governance.
  • •Track and maintain a stack of existing and future mitigations for product and model deployments.
  • •Standardize the lifecycle of risk assessment, safety bars, stakeholder input consolidation, and pre-/post-launch safety review.
  • •Manage pre-launch safety reviews and share launch calendars and key safety practices with partners.
  • •Develop comprehensive safety documentation and help publish and open-source safety learnings, standards, datasets, and benchmarks.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in a hard science, with a PhD advantageous, or demonstrated engineering expertise.
