Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee AV infrastructure across conference, all-hands, and training spaces, including hardware maintenance.
  • •Keep AV systems updated with latest operating systems, software, and applications to ensure availability.
  • •Provide specialized support for AV events ranging from podcasts to large-scale conferences.
  • •Design, install, and standardize AV systems across workspaces; coordinate AV installation for new offices and facilities.
  • •Support end-users with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting; escalate complex issues and provide weekly on-call support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in AV system administration.
  • •Familiarity with AV conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams) and AV/editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, OBS, Wirecast).
  • •Knowledge of AV equipment (Mixers, Mics, Cameras, Crestron, QSYS, etc.).
  • •Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
