Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure and exploit operational data (punctuality, regularity, load, incidents) across bus, tram, and ferry to support contractual performance.
  • •Build robust dashboards and KPIs from heterogeneous systems including GPS/AVL, schedules, and customer complaints.
  • •Identify continuous improvement levers such as congestion hotspots, service regularity, and service delivery rate in a contract renewal context.
  • •Work with Operations and Performance managers to convert raw data into actionable analyses.
  • •Support professionalisation of the Performance & Continuous Improvement function by turning insights into recommendations for non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level degree in data/analytics, statistics, transport engineering, or information systems.
  • •Fluent English (minimum C1) for a 100% English-speaking work environment.
  • •Some initial data analysis/BI/continuous improvement experience (e.g., internships, apprenticeships, or first job); interest in transport/mobility is a plus.
  • •Strong technical skills in SQL and advanced Excel; experience building dashboards and KPIs (Power BI or equivalent).
  • •Ability to structure and secure data from multiple sources and demonstrate autonomy and analytical rigor.
