Key Responsibilities

•Conduct legal research on corporate law, governance and insurance regulatory topics, and summarise findings clearly for the team
•Draft and review legal documents, presentations, internal policies and governance materials in English
•Support international corporate, governance and regulatory projects involving Allianz Partners entities in different jurisdictions
•Assist with the preparation of corporate approvals, board documentation and other corporate formalities, ensuring accuracy and proper tracking
•Help draft and review intra-group agreements and other legal documentation, liaising with internal stakeholders and external counsel when needed

Key Requirements

•Admitted to the Paris Bar School (école d’avocats) and/or enrolled in a Master’s degree in Insurance Law, Banking & Financial Law, Business Law or equivalent; applications from students enrolled at Institut des Assurances de Paris (IAP) welcome
