Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct legal research on corporate law, governance and insurance regulatory topics, and summarise findings clearly for the team
  • •Draft and review legal documents, presentations, internal policies and governance materials in English
  • •Support international corporate, governance and regulatory projects involving Allianz Partners entities in different jurisdictions
  • •Assist with the preparation of corporate approvals, board documentation and other corporate formalities, ensuring accuracy and proper tracking
  • •Help draft and review intra-group agreements and other legal documentation, liaising with internal stakeholders and external counsel when needed

Key Requirements

  • •Admitted to the Paris Bar School (école d’avocats) and/or enrolled in a Master’s degree in Insurance Law, Banking & Financial Law, Business Law or equivalent; applications from students enrolled at Institut des Assurances de Paris (IAP) welcome
