Job Summary

Lead Aon’s relationship with its most strategic enterprise clients across geographies and solution lines. Drive retention and accelerated growth for at least five enterprise clients, manage global revenue and pipeline investment, and align internal resources using Aon’s Client Value Creation Model. Facilitate client planning and deepen understanding of client priorities through regular engagement with senior decision-makers and stakeholders, while role-modeling partnership and effective feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive business results for at least five enterprise clients, meeting new, retention, and rollover metrics across solution lines and geographies.
•Own and communicate global revenue understanding, pipeline, and investment strategy across clients.
•Build, update, and align resources to execute against the Client Value Creation Model.
•Deliver Global Standards through partner alignment and execution of commitments and plans; maintain relationship mapping shared with client teams.
•Facilitate client planning and conduct regular check-ins (including 90 Day DAU Client Planning) to gain in-depth knowledge of client priorities and ensure excellent service.

Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15 years industry and consulting, with relevant experience managing complex, global client relationships.
•Deep industry knowledge and ability to match client industry trends and themes to Aon solutions and resources.
•Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships across multiple buying centers.
•Strong consulting skills to identify needs, articulate problems, and assemble internal resources to achieve outcomes.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; holds required regulatory licenses/permissions applicable under local legislation.
