Job Summary

Lead client-side project management for multi-million-pound building projects in Wales and the West of England, directing pre-construction through post-construction activities. You will manage cross-disciplinary teams, engage with clients and consultants, drive design and reporting meetings, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality, while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a project team under direction of a Project Director to plan, control and deliver activities across pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages.
•Engage with clients, internal and external consultants, and specialist suppliers to drive delivery and commercial outcomes.
•Run project and design team meetings, and prepare reports, minutes and other documented deliverables.
•Coordinate with other WSP teams across the UK and internationally to ensure aligned delivery and knowledge sharing.
•Progress projects to ensure activities are completed on time and contribute to safe, sustainable and efficient outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrable capability & experience as a Client-Side Project Management Consultant of real estate projects. Practical experience of different construction contract forms and procurement routes would be advantageous.
•A desire to grow and develop your Project Management career within a Global Business.
•Have a proven Project Management background within a Consultancy environment, working as part of a project team and/or leading your own projects.
•Can demonstrate your ability to coordinate and manage teams to consistently deliver projects.
•Are passionate about construction, innovation and industry best practice initiatives.
