Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate leadership across each Inspection Center, maintaining shop-floor awareness and alignment with culture and values.
  • •Identify, prioritize, and solve problems impacting IQR performance while ensuring operating standards and compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention.
  • •Lead continuous improvement across the network by spotting systemic patterns and partnering with Product Management to translate field realities into better tools and workflows.
  • •Audit improvement events, ensure resources are available, and hold site teams accountable for results.
  • •Collaborate on talent pipeline planning, manage churn, train and mentor managers, and develop regional and site leaders; other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of combined operations and strategy experience, including leading large teams (100+ associates) in automotive or lean manufacturing or a comparable operations leadership role.
  • •Proven ability to lead and develop associates and managers at scale, including building leadership benches and progression paths.
  • •Demonstrated experience using data and analysis to drive operating strategy and measurable improvement.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, operations management, analytics, or a related field.
  • •Willingness and ability to travel 50–75% across the network; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be able to work overtime/weekends as needed.
