Supervise sanitation operations at the Goodlettsville case-ready facility to ensure the production building meets USDA and internal requirements and that daily production starts on time. Lead and develop the sanitation team, maintain required documentation, manage sanitation supplies inventory, and administer personnel activities such as scheduling and discipline. Drive continuous cost and quality improvements while participating on the plant management team, with potential oversight of third-shift operations.
