Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for multiple commercial, high-end renovation projects.
  • •Manage projects end-to-end from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to define requirements, prepare scope, resource needs, cost/budget, cash flow, work plan schedules, milestones, and quality control.
  • •Identify and manage project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop mitigation/contingency plans, and support risk reduction activities.
  • •Implement communication plans and project documentation governance, including change management routines (impact assessment, client approvals, and issuing change orders).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of AEC industry related experience and/or training (or equivalent experience/education).
  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Prior experience working with commercial interior and exterior renovation projects strongly desired.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Office, MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments.
