Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end agentic AI platform architecture, including runtime environments, governance layers, orchestration engines, and multi-tenancy infrastructure.
  • •Lead hands-on architecture and development of agentic systems such as orchestration frameworks, tool/model integration layers, policy enforcement engines, guardrails, monitoring pipelines, and evaluation infrastructure.
  • •Design and implement scalable, resilient platform architectures for multi-agent coordination, A2A communication protocols, memory governance, and real-time observability.
  • •Drive model integration and abstraction strategy to enable model-agnostic agent execution across multiple providers, with cost optimization, routing intelligence, and governance controls.
  • •Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, maintain authoritative architecture documentation, and enforce engineering standards and architectural governance.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of hands-on software engineering and AI engineering experience, including designing, building, and shipping AI/ML systems to production at enterprise scale.
  • •Proven experience architecting and delivering agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration platforms, or AI-powered automation operating in production with real users and data.
  • •Advanced Python and modern AI/ML framework expertise, including hands-on use of agentic orchestration toolkits such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI (or equivalent).
  • •Strong cloud-native architecture experience with AWS, Databricks, and Kubernetes, designing for high availability, fault tolerance, and horizontal scalability.
  • •Deep understanding of AI governance, trust, and safety architectures (guardrails, policy engines, behavioral analytics, evaluation frameworks, red teaming, and compliance mapping) plus multi-tenant access control and identity/authorization.
