Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring objectives are met and exceeded across time, cost, quality, sustainability, and safety.
  • •Lead a multi-disciplinary team and drive performance through design development, permitting/approvals, procurement, and construction.
  • •Oversee overall project management and stakeholder management throughout delivery.
  • •Manage project controls, preconstruction activities, and construction management including schedule/program oversight.
  • •Provide services including EHS, quality management, commercial and claims management, procurement, project execution support, close-out, warranty management, and team leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong pre-contract and post-contract full life cycle project delivery background.
  • •Excellent management and interpersonal skills with engaging client-facing approach.
  • •Strong core technical understanding of construction plus commercial and contractual awareness.
  • •Experience delivering in a PMC, EPCM, Construction Management environment or as a General Contractor.
  • •Understanding of project controls methodology and ability to develop/manage a construction schedule/program and direct others in using software.
