Senior Operations Associate - Robot

Lead a shift of operators in DoorDash Labs to advance autonomous delivery technology from ideation through commercialization. You’ll manage day-to-day operations supporting autonomous testing, communicate status and escalate incidents as needed, and maintain safe, cost-aware execution. Serve as a field escalation point, become an expert in the autonomy stack, and drive improved metrics while partnering across teams in a fast-moving environment.
