Job Summary

Build full-stack product engineering for the Go-To-Market team, owning end-to-end work across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and the web platform. Turn ambiguous sales and RevOps workflows into reliable internal tools, integrations with CRMs and marketing automation systems, and data/automation pipelines—now increasingly AI-assisted. Partner with growth, sales, and RevOps to ship, monitor, and iterate, while building reusable primitives that speed up the next wave of GTM projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Own GTM engineering workstreams end-to-end across frontend, backend, APIs, and data—from discovery through production.
•Build internal tools, integrations, and GTM systems connecting CRMs, marketing automation, data warehouses, and third-party APIs.
•Create reusable primitives (ingestion, storage, generation, evaluation, observability) to accelerate future workflows.
•Own and evolve the content-driven web platform, enabling non-engineers to publish safely.
•Add monitoring, validation, and runbooks to maintain reliability for webhooks, data syncs, and production errors.

Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years building and owning business-critical software beyond launch.
•Strong full-stack ability across frontend, backend services, APIs, and databases, taking ambiguous problems to production.
•Excellent debugging and reliability instincts across frontends, APIs, webhooks, data syncs, and production logs.
•Good product and business judgment to negotiate scope/tradeoffs with non-engineers and choose durable solutions (including saying no).
•Ability to independently own fuzzy workstreams and communicate clearly, mentoring by example.
