Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary contact and coordinator between the Site Projects Team and contractors for front-end loading, planning, installation, commissioning, and turn-over activities.
  • •Oversee installation planning for assigned projects to ensure accurate logic, durations, resources, and timely pre-requisites aligned to maintenance/outage milestones.
  • •Represent the project in daily plant schedule and turnover meetings and provide oversight for commissioning and turn-over activities.
  • •Monitor progress, establish and track installation/commissioning metrics, identify schedule deviations, and initiate recovery actions as needed.
  • •Perform risk management using ARM, manage installation/commissioning issues (engineering, safety, quality, schedule, cost), and provide direction to contractors on installation priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related Science.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in installation of plant modifications in operating nuclear power plants.
  • •Experience managing installation planning, commissioning activities, and turn-over planning across project lifecycles.
  • •Ability to coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to meet schedule and milestone requirements.
  • •Knowledge of nuclear and industrial safety, quality requirements, and risk management practices.
