Define and own the company’s internal voice by building an internal communications strategy from scratch. Plan and deliver high-impact company-wide updates (All-Hands, leadership Q&As, major announcements), create change-management playbooks, and develop a culture storytelling engine connecting day-to-day work to the mission. Establish governance, metrics, surveys, and a scalable communications infrastructure to support rapid growth while reducing information overload.

•Develop and execute the company’s first internal communications strategy, including channel governance, messaging frameworks, and editorial cadences.
•Design and deliver company-wide communications such as All-Hands meetings, leadership Q&As, and major announcements.
•Create a change management playbook for organizational shifts, policy updates, and strategic pivots.
•Build a culture storytelling engine connecting employees’ daily work to the company’s mission, values, and long-term vision.
•Establish governance, metrics, and employee engagement surveys to measure effectiveness and reduce information overload.

•Exceptional writing skills to craft crisp, engaging narratives from complex, multi-stakeholder topics.
•Demonstrated ability to lead change management (organizational restructures, policy changes, or cultural shifts).
