Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership and overall accountability for all functions at the Nuevo Laredo manufacturing facility while aligning to business objectives and representing stakeholders.
  • •Build and lead an inclusive, high-performing organization through workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • •Drive operational excellence across manufacturing to achieve safety, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
  • •Own site financial performance, including operational profit and loss responsibility, annual operating plans, forecasting, commitments, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • •Lead quality and continuous improvement efforts using ISO 9001 compliance, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience leading a complex manufacturing or operations organization spanning multiple business functions.
  • •Experience managing operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics.
  • •Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop leaders and teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • •Strong financial acumen managing profit and loss, budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • •Working knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
