Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience as a front-line brand ambassador in a luxury retail environment. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales with cross-selling and personalized recommendations, and meet individual and team KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases, while supporting daily store operations, inventory cycles, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations and inventory tasks, including cash wrap, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction processing.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
