Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes to keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and efficient
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
  • •Champion visual standards for the sales floor using business performance data and ensure accurate inventory counts
  • •Coordinate labor hours and sell-through management to efficiently receive product deliveries and protect operational efficiency
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the Operations & Visual team through accountability, KPI/result-driven communication, and scheduling

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
