Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate wastewater analysis laboratory activities, including collecting samples for analysis in accordance with EPA, state, and/or health regulations.
  • •Operate and maintain wastewater collection and pre-treatment systems, or full treatment systems, to support treatment processes and compliance.
  • •Perform chemical analysis and make system adjustments based on interpretation of results.
  • •Complete computerized reports and compile monthly reports as required by permits, state authority, EPA, or corporate management.
  • •Perform minor to major maintenance on equipment and maintain operations logs; may include operating a spotter truck/forklift and performing groundskeeping/painting/general housekeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •1+ years of wastewater experience preferred.
  • •Basic computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • •Must successfully complete a storm water training program selected by site management within thirty days, plus “Industrial Waste Treatment, Volume I” and “Industrial Waste Treatment, Volume II” courses within twelve months.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to complete higher levels of certification and training up to Level A.
