Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape the digital transformation of insurance clients by optimizing business models, organizations, processes and IT systems
  • •Be involved in all project phases from strategy through requirements analysis to realisation and implementation
  • •Contribute expertise in topics such as Vertrieb, Bestand/Vertrag, Schaden/Leistung, Kundenmanagement, agile transformation, Cloud, Integration and Automation, Data Analytics
  • •Work collaboratively in teams, take on responsible tasks, and deliver innovative solutions for clients
  • •Participate in project and client acquisition and in developing Capco’s consulting portfolio and Insurance practice growth

Key Requirements
