Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive individual sales and help achieve store sales targets and retail KPIs (e.g., ATV, conversion rate, UPT, CXE).
  • •Maintain high service standards by staying current on product knowledge and following mystery shopper and guest guidelines.
  • •Monitor cash register activity, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile and record cash receipts for deposits while preparing sales data reports.
  • •Perform store opening and closing procedures, ensure proper stock/fixtures care, and implement visual merchandising efficiently.
  • •Maintain inventory integrity by conducting scheduled stock counts, minimizing stock shrinkage, resolving discrepancies within 48 hours, and coordinating receiving and price tagging.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
  • •Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands market.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Fluency in English & Bahasa.
  • •Good PC skills such as MS Office and basic understanding of retail POS system.
