Key Responsibilities

•Construct a 24-month rolling financial model from scratch using historical actuals from QuickBooks and Fathom.
•Create bear/base/bull scenario cases with articulated assumptions, risk factors, and profitability definitions (EBITDA vs operating cash flow vs net profit).
•Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Product, and HR/People Operations to gather and validate pipeline, pricing/launch impacts, and headcount/comp assumptions before encoding the model.
•Integrate and maintain the validated forecast in Fathom monthly, tracking and explaining actuals-to-forecast variance.
•Present the model and assumptions clearly to executives and investors, proactively flag forecast deviations, and produce a written model narrative documenting methodology and scenario logic.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of financial modeling experience with investment banking, FP&A, or venture-backed startup background preferred.
•Expert-level Google Sheets with hands-on, detail-driven modeling skills.
•Experience building 3-statement models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) from scratch.
•Direct experience with SaaS metrics including ARR/MRR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, payback period, and rule of 40.
•Strong familiarity with app store economics and net revenue treatment across Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe commission structures.
