Job Summary

Provide scoring and assessment for neuropsychological and psychological evaluations to support cognitive, behavioral, and emotional health. Work under licensed psychologists to collect, interpret, and apply data for diagnosis, treatment planning, readiness decisions, and performance optimization within the Human Performance program and Assessment & Selection events.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and score neuropsychological and psychological assessments to support cognitive, behavioral, and emotional health evaluation.
•Work under the supervision of licensed psychologists or neuropsychologists to collect and interpret data for diagnosis, treatment planning, readiness decisions, and performance optimization.
•Conduct Assessment and Selection in large group settings as well as on an individual basis.
•Screen clients to determine presenting problems and priority of appointment, and perform basic screening evaluations and standardized testing.
•Coordinate with military agencies and MTFs regarding specialized care, treatment, and administrative functions; provide client education.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from a formal program in Psychology, Sociology, or in a behavioral science related field from an accredited college or university.
•Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience during the preceding three (3) years in the performance of psychological and/or neuropsychological testing and test scoring.
•Certification by the Board of Certified Psychometrists (BCP) or shall obtain the certification within one (1) year of hire.
•US Citizenship is required for this position.
•Psychometrists are not credentialed providers and work under the supervision of mental health providers or personnel designated by POTFF leadership.
