Job Summary

Represent the first line of defense by identifying and mitigating risks through risk and controls governance. Partner with business leaders to analyze and quantify risk issues, set risk thresholds, and develop remediation plans. Proactively review emerging risks, lead change control assessments, and coordinate with Compliance on regulatory requirements while providing complex analysis for product and customer strategy, including HELOC-related technology, model, and third-party risks.

•Lead change control efforts by ensuring impacts are assessed, documented, and implemented appropriately.
•Synthesize risk data and reporting to deliver business insights, review policies/procedures for gaps, and promote risk awareness through training and consultative support.

Key Requirements

•6+ years’ experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Mortgage Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance.
•Subject expertise in the governance of Mortgage or Home Equity.
•Experience with Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) platforms, preferably Archer.
•Strong working knowledge of regulatory and legislative guidelines.
•Experience managing projects, plus leadership, relationship-building, and clear written/verbal communication.
