Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including agent development using Agentforce.
  • •Build Agentforce agents (topics, actions, prompt templates) and orchestrator agents for multi-agent coordination and workflow handoffs.
  • •Develop headless agents for API and channel-agnostic invocation and implement agent-to-agent protocol integrations for inter-agent communication.
  • •Create RAG pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud, including Data Graphs, DLOs/DMOs, and vector search to improve agent responses.
  • •Proficiency building custom Apex actions, Flows, and Invocable Actions; plus experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado/Flossum/Gearset/Autorabit) and Salesforce CLI (SFDX).
