Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform end-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, examining, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing on-site work.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using software and technology, hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications.
  • •Enforce safety standards, maintain security and accountability of company assets by recording use/wear/conditions, and mentor team members as well as work overtime and occasional overnight stays.

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent, or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school.
  • •Typically 10+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
  • •EPA certification preferred (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer).
