Production Manager - Chesterfield

Supervise daily operations in a Carvana Inspection Center, overseeing the vehicle reconditioning process in a lean manufacturing environment. Lead and develop a team of leads and front-line associates, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high engagement. Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, and performance objectives while meeting quality, production, and cost metrics. Manage staffing, training, progression/certification processes, production capacity planning, and health/safety and loss prevention compliance.
