Senior Application Security Engineer to support a global Application Security team, combining hands-on AppSec, secure SDLC, DevSecOps, cloud security, and AI/ML security risk expertise. Collaborates with engineering, platform, product, security, and operations to embed security by design across the full software development lifecycle, protect business-critical software, and advance DevSecOps and cloud security practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with a global application security team to ensure security is embedded by design across the full software development lifecycle.
•Contribute to building secure applications, improving DevSecOps maturity, strengthening cloud security practices, and enabling responsible adoption of AI technologies.
•Identify realistic attack paths, explain risk clearly to teams, and assist in moving findings to remediation.
•Work closely with engineering, platform, product, security, and operations teams to ensure secure deployments and secure SDLC practices.
•Communicate like a trusted advisor and take ownership with professionalism and follow-through.

Key Requirements

•English proficiency with all technical and business communication conducted in English.
•Full-time availability Monday to Friday; occasional weekend availability for critical needs.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related field.
•5 to 7+ years of experience in Application Security, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, Secure Software Development, or related roles.
•Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and secure development practices.
