Key Responsibilities

•Become a product expert, developing deep knowledge of the Gigs platform and competitor landscape to understand buyer value and win strategies.
•Own both inbound and outbound activities, managing inbound leads with clear qualifying criteria and prospecting new accounts with strategic outreach to upmarket buyers.
•Incorporate AI into workflow by researching accounts, preparing for meetings, and iterating on outreach to raise team performance.
•Partner with marketing to drive pipeline through outbound campaigns, coordinating with marketing to increase lead volume and ensure strong follow-through.
•Prepare every conversation to a high standard by knowing the company, the buyer, and the relevant angle, and maintain clean, up-to-date CRM data.

•You are analytically sharp, approach new markets with hypotheses, and can make structured decisions quickly in the face of ambiguity.

•You are commercially curious, thinking about fit, timing, and triggers beyond just contact lists.
•You are a proactive self-starter who helps build playbooks, documents learnings, and brings the team along.
