Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
  • •Maintain a strong customer-first experience while building rapport with diverse customers.
  • •Perform a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both technicians and customers.

Key Requirements
