Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage Salesforce scope of work alongside other Technical Salesforce Project Managers, balancing ongoing requests with major initiatives.
  • •Lead cross-organizational technical Salesforce projects end-to-end, from discovery and design through implementation and hypercare.
  • •Develop project plans aligned with business cases and company priorities, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • •Lead ceremonies to keep delivery on track and manage trade-offs as priorities shift.
  • •Lead technical design discussions, negotiate requirements, and drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise environment.
  • •Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on administration experience, with demonstrated proficiency in Sales Cloud.
  • •Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and systems.
  • •Ability to deeply understand technical concepts and credibly engage with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and risk.
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical Salesforce solutions.
