Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise the shift: act as the primary Technician for the shift and direct the Technicians in daily duties, signing off on work when complete.
  • •Lead on-the-job training for Plant Operations Staff and ensure SOPs, safety protocols, P&ID reading, and technical piping tasks are mastered.
  • •Run plant controls and monitor process variables, making real-time adjustments to maintain optimal production flow.
  • •Maintain meticulous logs of plant performance, shift changes, and maintenance activities with high attention to detail.
  • •Perform manual labor tasks alongside staff, including pulling samples, loading raw materials, and moving heavy sacks (60+ lbs).

Key Requirements

  • •Mastery of hand and power tools with CPVC construction and poly pipe fusion
  • •P&ID experience
  • •Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex data and reporting
  • •Leadership and crew supervision experience
  • •Operational background running industrial plant controls or similar automated systems in a 24/7 environment
