Job Summary

Own quality success for internal and third-party stakeholders in trust & safety operations. Perform daily quality audits, analyze error patterns, and lead root cause analysis to reduce error rates. Partner with cross-regional teams to align on RCA outcomes and quality improvements, and deliver training programs, onboarding materials, and assessments to improve policy adherence and capability uplift. Provide real-time guidance and report progress, impacts, and risks to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily quality audits on internal systems to ensure adherence to defined policies, processes, and quality standards.
•Analyze audit findings and error patterns and provide actionable feedback to in-house and BPO teams to drive quality improvement.
•Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and develop action plans to reduce error rates and prevent recurrence.
•Design, develop, and deliver policy/process/quality training programs and create onboarding plans, SOPs, and materials for new joiners.
•Compile quality and training plans, progress updates, and impact reports; provide real-time support and participate in policy briefings and knowledge checks/calibration.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
•Fluent written and spoken German communication required; fluent English required as the working language.
•Familiar with business logic of labeling and how upstream/downstream teams work.
•Comfortable reporting to and collaborating with a broad range of XFN partners in complex, ambiguous situations.
•Bachelor’s degree and above (or equivalent working experience) in a short video product user industry, plus added advantage for content moderation/content safety/labeling experience.
