Sr. Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee and manage facilities maintenance and operations to ensure buildings are safe and functional. Lead planning, preventive and corrective maintenance execution, and repairs, while managing facility assets, budgets, and third-party contracts. Supervise planning and monitoring of maintenance schedules and renovation/expansion projects using CMMS and existing facilities control systems. Provide guidance to direct reports, recruit and develop talent, and lead health, safety, and environment compliance.
