Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely completion and adherence to preventive maintenance plans.
  • •Oversee facilities management operations and manage facility assets.
  • •Participate in O&M planning, including resourcing and contractor scheduling.
  • •Oversee maintenance services using CMMS and supervise preventive/corrective maintenance schedules and renovation/expansion projects.
  • •Manage budgets and financials, handle third-party contract management, conduct OH&S risk assessments, lead HSE compliance, and guide direct reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management and/or building maintenance, including supervision of trades resources.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency maintenance.
  • •Understanding of legislative requirements (e.g., Canadian Standards Association, Technical Standards and Safety Authority, Electrical Safety Authority, Building Code, NFPA Code, Ministry of Labor, Accessibility Act).
