Provide high-quality client service for account onboarding by answering inquiries from retail, institutional clients, and financial professionals. •Correspond with retail and institutional clients and internal teams via in-person meetings, telephone, email, and online messaging.
•Research, resolve, and escalate a wide variety of account-opening questions and client issues.
•Manage incoming client queries with strong AML and KYC knowledge while multitasking.
•Learn the IBHK brokerage platform and relevant policies to support compliant account-opening alternatives.
•Collaborate with Legal and Compliance, Program Developers, and Project Managers to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to procedures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•2–3 years of experience in client service and/or financial services (fresh graduates with relevant aptitude considered).

•Strong troubleshooting, research, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, analyze, and escalate complex issues.
•Intermediate proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel; ability to multitask multiple initiatives while working independently and as part of a team.
