Key Responsibilities

•Manage Socket’s presence across platforms and identify where to expand next.
•Track performance metrics and platform trends, adapting content and strategy based on data.
•Slice long-form podcasts, webinars, and interviews into 30–60 second clips and optimize them with captions, dynamic cuts, and visual hooks.
•Transform technical blog posts and product updates into carousels, memes, and short screen-recording walkthroughs.
•Engage with the community via comments and replies, and handle inbound inbox triage with crisis and reputation monitoring.
