Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Socket’s presence across platforms and identify where to expand next.
  • •Track performance metrics and platform trends, adapting content and strategy based on data.
  • •Slice long-form podcasts, webinars, and interviews into 30–60 second clips and optimize them with captions, dynamic cuts, and visual hooks.
  • •Transform technical blog posts and product updates into carousels, memes, and short screen-recording walkthroughs.
  • •Engage with the community via comments and replies, and handle inbound inbox triage with crisis and reputation monitoring.
