Job Summary

Shape a national supply network by analyzing production capacity, transport costs, product specifications, and customer requirements within the S&OP framework. Optimize sourcing decisions across manufacturing sites and distribution points, maintain the sourcing model with cost/revenue analysis and reason-code tracking, and produce weekly/monthly performance reporting. Partner with commercial, operations, logistics, and planning teams to quantify deviations and drive improvements, while building dashboards in Power BI and Anaplan.

Key Responsibilities

•Optimize sourcing decisions across the national network to deliver the right product at the right place and right cost.
•Analyze customer orders and supply options, balancing production costs, transportation expense, capacity constraints, and service requirements.
•Maintain and refine the sourcing model, including cost and revenue analysis and reason-code tracking for non-optimal or cross-border deliveries.
•Review production capacity and network footprint to identify constraints/opportunities and improve utilization and efficiency.
•Produce weekly and monthly reports and support the monthly S&OP process with analysis, insights, and recommendations; develop dashboards and analytical tools.

Key Requirements

•Experience in supply chain planning, operations analysis, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
•Advanced Excel skills; strong track record building reports and supporting business decisions with data.
•Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
•Familiarity with ERP or planning systems such as SAP or Anaplan is an advantage.
•A degree in a relevant analytical discipline such as supply chain, operations, engineering, business, data analytics, or mathematics.
