Job Summary

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers, ensuring safe handling through loading/unloading and routine vehicle inspections. Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system. Drive consistently with a clean driving record under Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy. Work rotating shifts within 7am–9pm availability, with performance-based pay growth, overtime opportunities, and full-time benefits.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
•Frequently load/unload vehicles and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles maintain safe-to-drive condition.
•Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record under Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
•Work rotating shifts and be available to work 7 days a week, with rotating days off.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 19 hourly

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•Be able to perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading and detailing vehicles, with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather.
•Sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
•Must pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, be at least 21, and possess a valid driver’s license.
