Job Shadow Initiative (Red Dog, AK, US)

Join a 20-week job shadow program at Red Dog Mine with rotating exposure to multiple departments. You’ll complete weekly instruction and observe career paths while helping with general manual labor, supporting daily workplace inspections, and following safety and standard operating procedures (including MSHA and site-specific training). The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage time independently with limited supervision on an on-site fly-in/fly-out schedule.
