Key Responsibilities

  • •Help build and support AI-enabled workflows and lightweight business solutions using AI tools and platforms
  • •Assist with experimentation and early development of agent-based use cases and solutions
  • •Help design, test, and refine prompts, reusable workflows, and AI playbooks
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders to identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for AI-assisted automation
  • •Track AI requests, pilot activity, enhancement opportunities, and follow-up items across projects
