Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure appropriate inventory levels across the region by identifying anomalies, root causes, and coordinating phase-in/out strategies and material substitutions.
  • •Coordinate replenishment shipments to the Regional Distribution Center and communicate shipment delays/issues to relevant teams.
  • •Support resolution of order fulfillment issues, including inventory allocation and special batch requirements, and help achieve working-capital and inventory targets.
  • •Coordinate transportation flows with 3PL/4PL partners, aligning on service, cost, and lead-time targets; resolve operational issues such as documentation and customs constraints.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for the regional 3PL warehouse provider, monitor warehouse performance (e.g., OTIF, lead times, inventory accuracy), escalate deviations, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Production, Planning, or Inventory Analysis.
  • •3–5+ years of experience in supply coordination, logistics, and/or inventory management.
  • •Experience in regional or international B2B supply chains, preferably within APAC.
  • •Proficiency in SAP Materials Management and Sales and Distribution functions.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using software/tools; familiarity with supply chain concepts such as MRP, inventory coverage, demand planning, and OTIF.
