Job Summary

Oversee inventory of in-house manufactured materials across the region, ensuring optimal stock levels and proactively identifying supply risks affecting the regional distribution center and EssCo customers. Coordinate supply planning and replenishment shipments, track delays, and support order fulfillment and working-capital targets. Manage transport execution with 3PL/4PL partners, monitor warehouse performance and OTIF service levels, and drive continuous process improvement through cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure appropriate inventory levels across the region by identifying anomalies, root causes, and coordinating phase-in/out strategies and material substitutions.
•Coordinate replenishment shipments to the Regional Distribution Center and communicate shipment delays/issues to relevant teams.
•Support resolution of order fulfillment issues, including inventory allocation and special batch requirements, and help achieve working-capital and inventory targets.
•Coordinate transportation flows with 3PL/4PL partners, aligning on service, cost, and lead-time targets; resolve operational issues such as documentation and customs constraints.
•Serve as primary point of contact for the regional 3PL warehouse provider, monitor warehouse performance (e.g., OTIF, lead times, inventory accuracy), escalate deviations, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Production, Planning, or Inventory Analysis.
•3–5+ years of experience in supply coordination, logistics, and/or inventory management.
•Experience in regional or international B2B supply chains, preferably within APAC.
•Proficiency in SAP Materials Management and Sales and Distribution functions.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using software/tools; familiarity with supply chain concepts such as MRP, inventory coverage, demand planning, and OTIF.
