Trener / Trenerka

Conduct and oversee employee training for Reverse operations, including planning, delivering, and improving onboarding training in a classroom setting. Maintain and supervise training documentation, validate employee knowledge and skills, and manage a skills matrix. Contribute to training materials, create and distribute personal skill cards, and report training results and effectiveness using defined indicators. Support operator training and client-requested workshops at the workplace.
