Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day HR partnership and consultation to assigned functional teams.
  • •Coach and advise leaders on HR program administration and employee-related matters.
  • •Support implementation of employee relations policies and practices and provide guidance to functional leadership.
  • •Lead coordination and administration of HR programs including EEO, unemployment, litigation support, retention/turnover, terminations, and severance activities.
  • •Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Legal) to support business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or a related field.
  • •3+ years of professional Human Resources (HR) experience.
  • •Experience with ERISA, EEOC, and DOL regulations.
  • •Experience in employment sourcing, employee communications, employee relations, and leadership support.
  • •Experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, or other HRIS.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
